About the Role

RYD Industrial Automation is looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager to support office administration, operational coordination, document preparation, contract follow-ups, and executive assistance to management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, agreements, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Follow up on contracts, quotations, deliveries, and payments.
  • Coordinate operational activities and office tasks from the office desk.
  • Assist directors in administrative and operational matters.
  • Manage emails, calls, and professional communication with clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and logistics personnel.
  • Track ongoing assignments and maintain status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh may also apply.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical business environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
