About the Role
RYD Industrial Automation is looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager to support office administration, operational coordination, document preparation, contract follow-ups, and executive assistance to management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Follow up on contracts, quotations, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate operational activities and office tasks from the office desk.
- Assist directors in administrative and operational matters.
- Manage emails, calls, and professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and logistics personnel.
- Track ongoing assignments and maintain status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh may also apply.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical business environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
